DPI aware PDF previewer

Hi there.

I have a couple of external mnitors - one 4k and the other 1440p and have tried both Reader DC and FoxIt on several different computers the external monitors set to more than 100% DPI.

Viewing PDF's in the program directly always works fine, but the windows explorer / Outlook preview is always at the wrong scale so a portion of the page gets cut off the side. This has been the case for several years with Windows 10 explorer or outlook 2013/16/19 PDF preview feature (MS support of course blames the 3rd party PDF software providers and suggest using my 4k monitor at 100% DPI - which is painful on my eyeballs)..

I assume this is an easy bug to replicate on any system with an external mornitor.. Is there any solution to with this with Reader DC or any other PDF viewer software who have DPI aware windows or outlook preview pane enabled?
