Drag and drop printing not working

Hi guys,

Drag and drop printing for a pdf file isn't working for our computers. When drag and dropping a pdf file to the printer queue, Adobe Acrobat Reader DC program just starts and shows its recent files but not opening the actual pdf file I dragged. Then, nothing happens, no print. One weird thing is I can print if I right-click the pdf file and select print instead of drag & dropping. This works fine for the other types of files such as word(.doc) or emails (.msg).

Please advise...

OS: Windows 10

SW: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 2018.011.20055

Printer: network printer

    I have the same request.  We would love to be able to drag and drop our pdf files.  It would save our processing people a ton of time.

    All the Microsoft file types can be printed in this manner.  PDF's would be a great addition.
