Drawing Markups- Adobe Acrobat XI pro

Polygon/line tool has some issues. Sometimes markup does not start from the exact point where I want it to and sometimes it will expand to particular height not exactly what I want. This problem is not there in adobe reader. Is there any option to correct it?
