Drawing Markups shortcuts in Reader XI

Hi all, I can't seem to add certain tools to my "Quick Tools" bar. Specifically I would like a few of the Drawing markup tools I use a lot. I don't see a "customize" button at the top right of my toolbar, and I can't find how to access the "edit tool set" as suggested in this page. Please help me!

It's not possible to do it, unfortunately.

As try67 mentioned above, it is not possible to add the custom tools in Adobe Reader Xi.

Adobe Reader is a free service and has limited access to tools.

You get the option to add Quick tools or to Create Custom Tool option in Adobe Acrobat DC subscription version.
