The drop down list is disappearing when I send the document for e-sign.  Is there a way to do this function without it disappearing?

I have the SAME question. I've been doing this for YEARS with no problems and the first contract of the year I'm writing, it's deleting my drop down menus saying form fields are not supported with requesting signatures. What the heck changed? If I try to send through "Forms" then I don't have the option of requiring initials.
