Dropdown arrow on Date Field is missing

Folks, I created a form using Acrobat DC that contains Date Fields. Other users are filling it out and distributing it to customers, and they all use Reader DC. On ONE user's PC, the drop down arrow that displays the calendar is missing. She is still able to enter the date manually. ALL the other users have this functionality.

I thought this might be a setting issue? Cheers!
