Duplicating a page in a PDF - I have Reader DC

I received a PDF fill and sign file (job application).  I need to duplicate a page and add to the file (the work history page) but I am unable to do it using "edit" and the "thumbnails".  Any advice?

Acrobat Standard(Windows only) or Acrobat Pro.

This cannot be done with Reader.
