Dynamic stamp not publishing

Dyanmic stamps aren't publishing for our Acrobat Reader users. They input the stamp, click publish, and close the document. When they reopen the document (or another user reopens the document) there is no dynamic stamp shown, but it does say the user had one comment. Can anyone help with this?

Stamps are only dynamic at the moment they are used. What does your dynamic stamp actually do? What do you expect to see?

This is what the stamp looks like. It either says Approved or Reviewed, with the user's name, email address, time and date it was published. This whole image is not showing up after the user publishing their comments, closes the document, then reopens or another user opens the document. If the user uses a standard stamp it will show and publish fine, but dynamic stamps are not publishing/showing.
