What code can I use so I can have a dynamic stamp with my name /id, date but not the time?

@Matilda386569936l1h creating a dynamic stamp in Adobe Acrobat that automatically inserts your name/ID and the current date, but specifically excludes the time. This is possible using JavaScript within a custom PDF stamp.
