e-Signature showing wrong profile info - Adobe Reader DC

Hello,

My outgoing esignature request email shows a different (previous) company name than the one I have saved in my profile.  How do I detect where e-Signature is picking up that information so I can correct it?

Could you please let us know if you have recently changed your email address or made any changes to the account recently?

Also, confirm if you are using the same email address for your Adobe Sign account that is used to login here in the community.
