E signing a document

Question

When I e sign a document my signature is correct but the wrong name is listed on the printed section.

I also noticed the wrong name is listed as my sign in name on my profile. Editing the name did not fix it. Any suggestions?

Hi Tim,

I guess you are referring to the name displayed on the Adobe Profile as well as signature initials. There might be a chance that you have a different name saved at the time of creating the account with Adobe.

Login to your Adobe account. Click on Profile icon> Adobe account>Profile >Change the name
