Hi Luis

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

Would you mind elaborating a bit more about the issue you are experiencing? What is the workflow/steps you are doing? A small video recording of the same would be very helpful.

Also, try to repair the installation form the help menu (Win Only) and reboot the computer and check if that helps.

Note: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is a freeware application with limited functions. It is used to read, annotate and fill & sign the PDFs https://helpx.adobe.com/reader/faq.html

We are here for help, just need more information

Regards

Hi Amal! Thanks for your feedback but Bernd Alheit reply was correct (see attached image). The main issue is that the snapshot tool was moved to a second menu from the main edit one. I believed that this change was not a good idea, because the search of the tool it is not enought intuitive. In the main menu you have an option EDIT TEXT & IMAGES which ride you to buy the PRO DC, but this was the option I believed will open a menu with the snapshot tool. May be you might change the word MORE, in the main edition menu, with MORE EDITION TOOLS....just a suggestion to make the users search more easy. Best regards!
