Editable forms save blank

When I open and editable form PDF document fill it out and save it the information entered does not appear in the saved copy. I have tried using DC reader, acrobat pro 9, and edge not one will keep the information entered once saved. I am running Windows 10 for reference and not on a mac.. any ideas?

We are sorry for the trouble. As described after filling the PDF and saving the filled information does not appear

 

Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check

 

Woulkd you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and make sure you have the latest version 20.009.20074 installed Go to Help > Check for Updates.

 

What is the workflow/steps you are doing to fill and save the PDF file? Is the file stored on a shared network/drive? If yes pleas etry to download the file locally to your computer and then try to open it with Adobe Acrobat/Reader DC and try filling it out and check fo the issue.
