Editable PDF does not recognize font Garamond

Good day I have downloaded at my daughter's school on editable PDF files to compile "the PC" and return to the Secretariat.

The PC with Windows OS 10, download the file and open it, let me write but when I type the words appear only points and the inscription "unable to find or create the font Garamond. It is possible that some characters may not be displayed or printed incorrectly.

Last year I downloaded the same file, I compiled and archived, if I go to open it now, I see only points instead of letters.

What could have happened?

I tried to download the font Garamond but nothing has changed. I have downloaded the right one? I will have it installed correctly?
