Editable PDFs cause Acrobat reader to crash

A client has Acrobat Readrer and when opening editable PDFS the application crashes.

I have Crash dumps as per Adobe instructions but they are too large to post here.

I have reinstalled the reader after using the Adobe Cleaner but the issue persists?

Any wisdom, insight or knowledge would be appreciated.
