Editing a third party template

I use a form multiple times a day. I save my original as a "save as" form each new client. I sign and pdf the client form before I send to client for their records.  Some how I have saved my signature in the middle of my template and I cannot remove.  This saved signature is now on all my saved client forms back to Sept. 2016.  Anyone know how I can edit my template to delete signature on original form?
