Hi @Syed27594331hseo

Thanks for reporting this to us.

We did check your account with the email registered but couldn't find any subscription that would help you with the Edit feature.

How do you copy text and compile and convert it to PDF? Have you purchased an Acrobat Pro subscription?

To Edit a pdf file in Acrobat a couple of things you need to double-check:

1- Make sure you are using the correct email for sign-in [as the current one isn't showing any subscription]

2- Acrobat Reader is freeware. For editing, you should have the Adobe Acrobat Pro desktop app installed. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html

Please share the screenshot of the web page you have been redirected to.

Thanks,

Akanchha

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing a few details so we can help you with the best resolution?

1. Application name and version.

2. Device version.

3. How are you compiling the text?

4. Also, could you please share a video of the workflow you're trying to do?

Hoping to hear from you soon.
