El asistente de IA de Adobe Acrobat Reader no funciona desde el viernes 17 de abril, no da respuestas a las preguntas o mensajes, tanto en la aplicación como en la versión web.

He intentado durante 4 días, con diferentes redes, dispositivos, archivos PDF, pero no funciona el asistente de IA, tengo la sucripción activa (pagada) pero dejo de funcionar.

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

     

    I have tried to reproduce the issue at my end and the AI assistant is working well. Would you mind sharing more information to better understand the issue:

    • Is this an issue with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check.
    • What happens when the AI assistant fails? Do you get any error message? If yes, please share a screenshot of the same. Also a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful in further investigation.

    Also share the version of the Acorbat appliction and the OS you are using. Go to Help > About Acrobat ad check for any pending/missing updates, try updating the Acrobat Application to the latest version available. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
