Eliminate Fax as a Printing Option

We limit our staff to printing to one Xerox copier in our organization. Adober Reader DC however offers a Fax as a printing option. I've tried to stop this by: uninstalling the Fax itself, removing the fax driver, disabling Fax and scan by turning off this Windows feature by navigating Control panel>Programs and Features>Turn Windows features on or off>Print and Document Services>Windows Fax and Scan<--untick. Also there's no fax service present on any of the office PC's, but Adobe Reader DC (and only Adobe Reader DC) offers the fax as a printing option, no other software does this.
