4. SMTP

I will press on the SEND EMAIL, send an email attachment so I will write a failed connection....

Consult with us.

Thank you

    Hey Michaelb,

We apologize for not being able to response to your query on time. Are you still experiencing the same problem or managed to find the resolution?

If I understand your query correctly, you are setting up email in Adobe Reader/Acrobat to use the "Email" option for sharing document? You may check couple of things to make sure the email account has been configured correctly-

    • Under Acrobat Reader preferences, check whether you have got the option to select the default account or not? Edit>Preference>Email Accounts>OK

Note: Other than Adobe Reader/Acrobat any other email client set up would not be taken care by Adobe.

    Regards,

    Akanchha
