Email button won't work

I have the new version of Acrobat Reader and my email button used to work great and then all of the sudden it didn't. I've tried re-starting my computer and checking my default mail client and it's all right. One day it worked and the next day it didn't? HELP!

Can you help us with the following information:

  • The steps that you are executing that is causing the email button to be non-responsive. A video for the workflow would be great.
  • The version of Acrobat Reader DC. Click on Help in menu bar >> click on About Adobe Acrobat Reader DC >> take a snapshot of the dialog.

The steps that I am executing are when I click the email button at the top of the PDF and click send file, nothing happens. It used to work and then one day it didn't.
