Adobe will not recognize default email (outlook).  Default is already set on computer to outlook.  Have checked settings multiple times.  Need help.  Thanks

Sorry, just assumed that since I responded to the buttons to fill out the request it would only pertain to that product and wouldn't need to repeat it.


Hi philc,

To check the email client for Reader DC detected for you, launch Reader>Edit>Preferences> Email Accounts, choose your email account and set it as default for Reader DC.

And to disable multiple options while sending file attachment you may try this help page: How to use the email icon to directly send file as attachment

Dear Adobe,

I started a new licence with 3 users under account name ASSEM ASHOUR. 2 users haven't received your email yet . Could you resed the email to activate the adobe pdf editor software on below 2 emails
