Email link when using dynamic content filters not working

I have a project in RoboHelp 2022 publishing to Frameless that includes Conditional Tags that I have added as Dynamic Content Filters. We use these filters so staff can quickly find items that apply to their audience type(s).

The filters work perfectly in locating topics, however I've run into an issue when users use these filters and then try using the email share option. 

The URL that is attached to the email includes the Dynamic Content Filter selected:

If someone then trys to use that URL that is emailed, it will launch the correct website; however, the topic details don't display. Instead, it states "This topic is filtered out by the selected filters". 

I'm not sure how to correct this issue and looking for advice.
