Email PDF attachment

Hi

Hoping someone can help me urgently. 

When I receive emails from a Supplier with a pdf invoice/statement attachment as soon as I click on the email to open the attachment it  disappears. All other Suppliers comes through and can open them, no problem. (They say its my issue)
