email pdf - error communicating with server

Hi,

 

I have a requirement to email a PDF to a bank using the Acrobat Reader email accounts system.

 

My server details are mail.domain.tld, IMAPS port 993 SSL and SMTP port 587 STARTTLS.  But when these settings are used the message "error communicating with server" pops up.

 

Is there any way to view debug logs to find out what is causing the error?

Actually there is something logged at mailserver

Wireshark logs show this.  it seems like adobe reader resets the connection.  nothing is logged on the webserver at all
