Emailing PDF Removes Populated Fields

Hello,

I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader at work to fill in documents that are sent to me by the company. I will populate the designated boxes with the customers information and save it as a new PDF. If the person I email is using a computer there is no issue. However, if the person pulls up the PDF on their phone, it removes all data that I put in and shows a non complete form.

I have noticed that if they pull it up through gmail on their phone it also works, but if they pull it up with outlook mobile, it does not.

Any help that will allow me to get my work sent over to the customer on their mobile would really help me out, thank you!

Bailey

    Hi BWoods,

A mentioned above, when end user is trying to open the file on their computer its working fine but when they transfer it to their mobile device they are unable to find the modified pdf.

Could you please check with them while opening the PDF on phone through outlook application, what is the application the are using to open .pdf file?

Is it Adobe Acrobat Reader mobile application or any other PDF viewer?

Note: Please check the private message as I have requested for some more details so that we can test the same at our end to see whether this issue is reproducible at our end or not.

    Regards,
