Embed video files in PDF

I'm sorry to repost this, last post was 3 years ago, and looks like I'm facing the same issue.

Powerpoint with embedded video -> pdf - video shows as audio only.

Trying to embed the video directly with adobe acrobat yields the same results - audio only. 

how can I fix this ? 

googling this I see a lot of users with the same issue.
