Embedded PDF preview window shows only half page in Oracle Fusion

When viewing pay slips in Oracle Fusion the PDF preview window only shows half the page by default (see attached). Is there a setting to maximize the browser preview? Already tried removing all Adobe installations including browser extensions using the cleaner tool and reinstalling. Tried different browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) and played around with extension settings but no luck.  Not sure if this is the right forum to post, but any help is greatly appreciated.
