Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème pour ouvrir les pièces jointes que je reçois dans ma messagerie. J'ai un message qui s'affiche depuis quelque temps qui est:

Adobe Acrobat Reader n'a pas pu ouvrir "5 ou 6 mp4", car le type de fichier n'est pas pris en charge ou le fichier est endommagé (il a été envoyé en temps que pièce jointe et n'a pas été décodé correctement, par exemple.

A chaque message que je reçois, si je veux les ouvrir, s'affiche tojours cela.

Pourriez vous m'aider pour résoudre ce problème. Merci par avance, JV.

mp4 files are video files that you wouldn't expect to open in reader.

you should change the default app to open mp4 files.
