Enregistre un fichier .prn quand j'essaye d'imprimer un PDF

Bonjour,cela fait quelques temps que je n'arrive plus à imprimer mes fichiers PDF. Quand j'essaie, on me demande d'enregistrer un fichier .prn, que je n'arrive pas à utiliser ensuite pour imprimer mon document.J'ai vérifié dans les "options avancées" de l'impression, et la case "imprimer dans un fichier" est bien décochée.De plus j'ai vérifié la version de Adobe Reader, ainsi que le pilote de mon imprimante et ils sont à jour. J'ai même désinstallé et réinstallé Adobe Reader sans succès. Même en essayant d'imprimer différents PDFs mais aucun ne fonctionnait.Je suis sur Windows 10. Merci d'avance pour votre aide. Hi Agostino_R,

Thanks for reaching out, As described above, you are getting issues while printing the file, as it ask you to save a .prn file, correct?

Please try to print as image. Go to Print > Advanced > Print as image and check.

Also try to open the file in Chrome and try to print and check the observation. Right click on the file > Open with Chrome and try printing from there.

As "print to file" is unchecked and it's still printing to a .prn file, then check your printer port and change it back to the original.
