enregistrement des fichiers pdf sur mon pc

bonjour, depuis la version window11 je n'arrive plus a enregistrer les fichier pdf  sur mon PC que je recois par mail par exemple  ! la fenêtre de dialogue "enregistrement " s ouvre et reste blanche

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat.

This issue is addressed in the new version 21.11.20039 now available. Please try to update the application from the help menu > Check for updates and reboot the computer and see if that works for you.

j'ai bien la derniere version et le probleme est toujours la.

le probleme se fait une fois sur 5 environ, donc pas résolu

We are sorry to hear that. Please go to Edit > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving file' and 'Show online storage when opening file' > Click OK and reboot the computer.
