Error 103;103

Hi,

Embedding the Xacrobat (axAcroPDF, product version 22.1.20117.0) always gives error 103;103 when the system boots. System specs:

Windows 10 Enterprice Ltsc (64 bits)

Version 1809

OS 17763.2928

I checked the this community, however still the same issue.

What is the solution?
