Whenever I try to start Acrobat Reader DC it gets an error. Below is the information from the event viewer. I have uninstalled and reinstalled acrobat and that does not solve the problem. I'm running Windows 10 64 bit with the latest updates. I've searched this forum and found other instances of this problem but no viable solutions.

    Hi Rickm85914334,

Thanks for sharing the detailed information.

As mentioned above, that you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling acrobat. Have you also tried resetting the preferences of Acrobat?

If not, then you may refer to the help document and try the resetting the preferences of Acrobat as suggested in 2nd solution.
