Error authenticating

I'm trying to get into Adobe Reader on my iPad.  I click on the icon, it goes to Adobe REader and then I immediately get "An error occurred while authenticating.  Try again later".  This has been all day.   I've rebooted, there are no updates.  I need my files in there.  Please help!   Ugh
