Getting this error on server 2016
Adobe Acrobat Reader DC did not install successfully Product: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC - Update 'Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
(21.001.20150) could not be removed. Error code 1646.

I was able to uninstall Adobe Reader DC with MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab Tool
then I install the new version Reader DC & it work ok
