Error in reading a stream

Hi Guys, I would like to inform you that I am having issue opening a PDF file using Acrobat Reader while the PDF is opens fine on other tools like WPS office and different browsers. Please check the attached file and let me know your concern over it.

The PDF is damaged in some manner. Only the upper thrid of the page gets rendered correctly, below all texts is invisible. Maybe a faulty embedded font. There's nothing you can do about this in Reader.
