Error opening secure transcript from Northwestern University. Running iOS Big Sur 11.5.1, Adobe 2021.005.20058.

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described you are getting the error "Error Information: An error occurred while performing this operation. Contact an administrator if this problem continues." when you try to open the secure transcript.
