Error “Insufficient data for an image"

Hello, I am trying to open a PDF file that I had downloaded in my desktop computer without any problem, but an error appears which says: "Insufficient data for an image" and the PDF file is completely blank. I have sent this same file to a friend and he opened it successfully in his cellphone (it was not blank, had the proper image and text on it)

I am using Adobe Reader DC Versión 2019.008.20081 which is the latest version.

I have "googled" this error and none of the solutions has worked for me so far, does anyone know what to do with this Error?

I post the image here, please bear in mind it is in Spanish, as I am from Argentina. Thanks in advance for your help.

Apart from what "Test Screen Name" has suggested, you may also check this thread: Error "Datos insuficientes para una imagen"

This has been discussed twice.

Almost all the time, the PDF is faulty, and you cannot solve this. Only report it to the file's maker. If you are making the file, what software do you use?
