I'm getting the following error message while trying to download a copy of my credit report:

An unexpected error occurred processing your PDF report request

    Hello Sarahb,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had while downloading a PDF file. Try downloading the PDF file using a different browser like Chrome or Firefox, or Safari.

    If possible, connect the machine to a different network environment like a guest wireless network or a mobile hotspot and check.

    For testing purpose, try downloading the file on your mobile device. Are you able to download other PDF files? Try downloading any other PDF file and check.

    Is it specific to one PDF or with all the PDF?

    Hi Sarahb,

    Are you not able to download one specific  PDF or all the PDF files? Which PDF file are you trying to download and from which website ? Which browser are you using?

    Could you please share a screenshot of the error? To share the screenshot, refer to https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-7043#jive_content_id_How_do_I_attach_a_screenshot

    is it a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version of OS installed?

    Is it a personal computer or an office computer? have you tried downloading other PDFs?

    Is the computer connected to a wired network or a wireless network? Is any security software installed on the machine ?
