Error Message as opening Adobe Reader

Hello everybody!

Hope you find all fine.

I have been trying to open my Adobe Reader however I get the error message " This programme cannot be opened because it does not contain api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll".

I have already done the updates but still is not working. Could you give a hand?

My PC is a Windows 7 Ultimate.
