Error message: enter the date in format dd-mmm-yyyy

Hello. I would appreciate it if someone could help with an error message I am getting on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (version 2021.007.2091). I have to fill in a government form, and I am getting an error message in all date fields: "enter the date in format dd-mmm-yyyy.". I downloaded the form and opened it on Adobe, as recommended. The error does not occur if I select any date in March, regardless of the year, but any other month/year gives me the same error. I have tried to select the date by typing it or using the dropping down,  and I always got the same error. I have uninstalled and installed Adobe again, didn't work. I have tried different browsers to download to form. I have asked several friends to download and try to fill in and it works fine for them. I am using Windows 10 Pro. Thank you!

I have to fill in a PDF FORM for a travel company and I have the extact same bug : any month entered would not be accepted by the form except March :

so march works, but any other month (in French or English) is refused :

I tried any month, uppercase, lowercase, English, French, with or without accent.....

Me too; nothing worked. You are the only person I know who got the same error.

I found a solution : it seems that the month only accept 4 characters, and then you need to put a dot (.)

for me it worked with Fevr. (which is February / Février in french). Can you try ?

It is like an escape game. Man, is this Adobe really who's making this? or a 15 years old starting developper? I can't believe it.

Works fine for me:

Are you entering a date or selecting it using the calendar widget?

That's what bugs me, I'm the only one getting the error and I cannot figure out the reason.

I tried entering a date and selecting it using the calendar widget, same error.
