I am getting this error Message: There was an error opening this document. Access denied. How can I fix this on a network where we share the documents?

    Hi Seichman,

    This error usually comes if a file has gone back. 

    If there is anything which is causing an issue to read a document from network shared drive, you may visit this help page: Protected Mode troubleshooting | Adobe Reader
