Error opening a document

I downloaded a PDF file from a website and tried to open it with Acrobat Reader and tried to open it with Acrobat Reader, but I'm getting an error message that says 'There was an error opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired.' Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a way to fix it and access the coupon?

    Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information fo further investigation:

    1. The application version of Acrobat Reader you are using (go to Help-> About Acrobat Reader DC);

    2. A screenshot of the error you see;

    3. The sample file to test.
