TO BY YESTERDAYS POST I GOT A REPLY BY YOUR EXPERT ON MY EMAIL ACCOUNT IN LIVE.COM. I REPLIED TO IT BUT YOUR SERVER REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY REPLY. MY ORIGINAL QUESTION REMAINS UNANSWERED. MY BROWSER LETS ME GET INTO THE WEB SITE AND LET ME GET TO THE LIST OF PDFS. IT ALLOWS ME TO OPEN MANY BUT NOT ALL. THOSE THAT IT CANNOT OPEN I GET THE MESSAGE ' THIS PDF PORTFOLIO CAN ONLY BE OPENED BY ACROBAT X OR ADOBE READER X, DOWNLOAD IN FROM ADOBE.COM'

I HAVE ADOBE READER DC INSTALLED ON MY DESKTOP.

THE REPLY FROM YOUR EXPRT WAS THAT I SHOULD DOWNLOAD THE FILE ON MY DESKTOP AND THEN OPEN IT THRU THE READER. THE WEBSITE DOES NOT ALLOW THAT. IN MY REPLY I REQUESTED IF YOUR TEAM EXPERT COULD CALL ME ON MY CELL [PII removed by moderator] TODAY BEFORE 7:30 PM EST AND GUIDE ME ON THE RIGHT PATH

There is no support for free products. Nobody will ring! You ask too much !!

Your ONLY option is to download the file to your desktop. What is stopping you downloading - does the normal download method fail with an error? Or is it that you don't know how to download a PDF?

If you need help to download a PDF, please tell us what browser you use.

Hi Kazi

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. AS described you are unable to open a PDF on web browser and getting the error 'This PDF can only be opened by Acrobat X or Reader X' and advise you to download the application

Web browsers use their own PDF mechanism to render and display the PDF content and they are not Adobe dependant.  If you are getting this message while viewing a pdf in a browser, you are most likely trying to open a Dynamic XFA (XML Form Architecture) PDF. To view such pdf documents, we recommend you to download the file locally and open it either in Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.

Hope this information will help

Regards

Amal
