Error reference ID BLK-001195 print is blocked

Hello

I tried printing with Acrobat Reader DC. My printer wasn't on default printer so did 2 attempts before I stumbled on an error that now has blocked all printing. It says to contact support with Reference ID  BLK-001195 . ​Help!

    Hi karineg94111832,

    Please try once to repair the installation.

    If you are on Windows, launch the application and go to Help menu > Repair installation and check for updates.

    Also, try the troubleshooting steps provided here: Troubleshoot PDF printing in Acrobat and Reader

    Check if it helps.

    It would be helpful if you can share the screenshot of the error message you get while printing.

    To add the screenshot here, please use the insert icon provided on the reply window as shown below:

    Once you click on this icon, you get a small window.

    Click on Insert Image and then browse the location where you have saved the screenshot file.

    Select the file and click on Open and then click the Insert Image tab at the bottom.

    Please also share the dot version of the application installed.

    To check the dot version on Windows, go to Help menu > about Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

    A window will pop up with the application name and the dot number version at the top.
