Bonjour,

Adobe version 2019.0021. 20058

A l'enregistrement d'un formulaire que j'ai rempli adobe me renvoie un message d'erreur : Impossible d'enregistrer le document. L'un des nombres spécifiés n'est pas compris dans l'intervalle autorisé.

J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé adobe de votre site, toujours le même problème.

Merci d'avance de votre aide et de votre réponse en français.

Thanks for reporting the issue.  The “A number is out of range” error occurs when Acrobat finds some problem with the underlying structure of the PDF file.  Please try saving the file after deleting the tags from the document.

Acrobat Reader can't delete tags from the document.

    Thank you for reaching out.

     

    As you have mentioned above, you recieve the error "Can't save the document. One of the specified numbers is not included in the permitted range." when you try to register the form.

    Please confirm if you are using the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC application to fill the form or the Acrobat DC.

    Did you check if the issue occurs with this particular PDF form or with other forms as well?

    How did you receive the PDF form? Is it possible to share that form with us?

    Bonjour,

    Merci pour votre retour rapide.

    1. Pour remplir le formulaire, j'utilise adobe acrobat reader DC
    2. Le document a été reçu en pj par mail accompagné de 3 autres documents :
      Sur les 4 pièces jointes, 2 sont à remplir et il n'y a que le fichier qui vous est joint que je ne peux pas enregistrer et qui transmet le message nité en objet.

    We are sorry for the delay in response and the trouble caused. I hope you would be able to get this fixed.

     

    The “A number is out of range” error occurs when Acrobat finds some problem with the underlying structure of the PDF file. The best solution is to get a new PDF from the owner. If you can't get one.

     

    Since you are using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC its a freeware application with limited functionalities. In order to get the issue addressed, we need to get the new copy of the PDF file or we can recreate the PDF file again (option available in Adobe Acrobat DC) for more information you may please refer to the help article: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/kb/a-number-is-out-of-range-error-viewing-pdf-deleting-pages.html
