Error while clicking in document

I started getting this strange behaviour while clicking in .PDF inside Acrobet reader. The issue is with all PDFs I have attached 2 screenshots one when document is opened and other when I click inside the document. 

I have uninstalled & re-installed Acrobat Reader & restarted my machine. 

 

Acrobet version : 2020.009.20074

OS : Windows 10 Pro (18362.959) build

 

Can someone help me resolve this issue
