Error while installing Acrobat reader

Hey guys!

 

I have a fresh Windows 11 64bit, and i wanted to install back again the acrobat reader, but I can't, because it says that i already have a newer version installed. I tried many things i saw online, but nothing helped.

Anyone has any idea how can I solve this?

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with installing Acrobat Reader.

     

    Would you mind trying the below troubleshooting steps and checking if this helps:

    Please run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution and see if that works for you.
