Error while using Reader DC Version 19.012.20034

I am gettign the following error while using the above version. I am neither able to unistall or modify. I need help.

Thanks for reaching out. As described above, you are not able to uninstall the application and getting the error message, correct?

Please try the following steps:

Run Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool - https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
Restart the computer
Install the application using the link - https://get.adobe.com/reader/
