Errors coming up trying to download Adobe Acrobat Pro

Hi there,

I'm trying to install Adobe Acrobat Pro on a PC but keep getting installation failure errors, of which two messages come up and which I've attached screenshoots.

1 Tried creating cloud packager

2. Downloaded desktop app (CC) and tried installing from there. It gets to about 50-60% installed then fails.

The user has an account and is active. Getting frustrated at this stage trying to download a simple piece of software.

Can you please help and provide some suggestions for solution to this issue?
